The press release from the Northwood PD reads as follows:
**PRESS RELEASE**
On August 31, 2023, the Northwood Police Department served a search warrant on a property located at 141 Upper Deerfield Rd. in relation to an ongoing animal neglect investigation. The Northwood Police Department was assisted by the New Hampshire State Veterinary Office. During the search, the conditions the animals were being kept in showed extreme neglect. All the animals were seized from the property due to the conditions. 63 animals in total were seized from the property. The NH SPCA was contacted and responded to the scene to facilitate the care and housing of the animals. Due to the number of animals seized and the NH SPCA having limited availability due to a seizure from another case they had assisted in the week before, additional animal rescue centers were contacted to help with the care of the animals. The New Hampshire Fish and Game was requested to the scene as well as 2 native animals were found penned in on the property. Those animals were removed by NH Conservation Officers. During the search, the condition of the house on the property was deemed to be unfit and 3 juveniles were removed from the residence by the Department of Children, Youth and Families.
As a result of the search, the Northwood Police Department applied for and was granted an arrest warrant for the property owner. On September 5, 2023;
Robbin T. Kline

Age 47
turned herself in at the Northwood Police Department. Kline is charged with 16 Misdemeanor charges of Animal Neglect, 3 Misdemeanor charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and 2 Misdemeanor charges of Possession of Wildlife.
The Northwood Police Department would like to thank the NH Department of Agriculture, the NH State Veterinarian’s Office, the NH SPCA, the Northwood Veterinary Hospital, Pope Memorial SPCA, Live and Let Live Farm, and the NH Animal Rescue League for all their assistance in this case. Anyone wishing to help is urged to donate to any of the above animal rescue agencies.
